RA - The Law of One
The law of one is a channeled work from the early 1980s by a group of 3 people: Don Elkins (the questioner), Jim McCarty (the scribe), and Carla Rueckert-McCarty (the channeler). During the channeling, they contacted an energy named RA who conveyed their teachings over 107 separate channeled session from 1981–1984.
The Law of One teachings have been studied by thousands of people, with new insights continually experienced as a deeper understanding of the teachings grow. There are study groups located worldwide that gather to discuss these teachings. The entire teachings and the concepts contained within the sessions can be challenging to absorb and understand for the beginner to channeled knowledge. The language is intellectual and assumes the reader will have a basic understanding of some advanced concepts, and interpreting it can require an adjustment period as the knowledge begins to unfold within you.
Following is a simplified understanding of RAs teachings that I hope will make this amazing body of knowledge more accessible to all who desire to learn these teachings. Once you have a basic understanding of the information, I strongly recommend reading the original transcripts from the channeled sessions which can be found at:
RA is what is known as a 6th density "Social Memory Complex." A Social Memory Complex is a large collection of beings that have evolved to a level of consciousness that then merges into a single consciousness, but with each being retaining its own identity. In this state, all knowledge and memories of the individuals becomes a part of the whole, and therefore the Social Memory Complex embodies a vast amount of knowledge. The beings within it can draw from this information as needed. In this state, the Social Memory Complex serves other civilizations though providing teachings and guidance. This is the purpose of the RA teachings on Earth.
Each transmission begins with the words "I am RA." As communication from higher densities of consciousness is all telepathic and non-verbal, the vibration of RA is an energy frequency that is felt and received by the channeler so that information can be relayed. Sometimes, this can be a very dense packet of light that contains a vast amount of information that is downloaded into the channel in an instant, which the channel then interprets as best that they can within their own consciousness.
A certain stage of evolution must occur for any planet to be contacted by an outside intelligence. Until the consciousness of the Earth chose to recognize the existence of extraterrestrials, contact could not occur. As we have been slowly opening to the concept of these beings, random sightings and visitations have begun to significantly increase, reflecting this change in Earth's consciousness.
RA originally evolved on the planet Venus 1 billion years ago. Venus is now what is considered a 6th density planet that is not inhabitable by 3rd dimensional beings. RA's civilization currently inhabits Venus in the 5th and 6th dimensions.
The ancient Egyptians were known for highly advanced knowledge of astronomy and mathematics, beyond what we can even understand today. RA originally visited Egypt for the purpose of aiding in the evolution of Earth's planetary consciousness and was named by the Egyptians as RA, the sun God. At the time, RA came to Egypt in saucer-shaped crafts and walked among the Egyptians in a quasi-physical light body that had a larger head than humans at the time. This is reflected in the carving of ancient hieroglyphics.
RA states that the pyramids were constructed 6,000 years ago, containing chambers and tunnels that exited the pyramid at various locations. They were built as healing centers of the mind/body/spirit complex (explored later in more detail). The Egyptians were taught how to perform healings using crystals. These healings could be done by individuals who had no significant distortions (polarization to the negative, which we'll also talk about later).
The pyramids were used to initiate these beings into experiencing higher levels of consciousness through darkness and sensory deprivation. They were built using sacred geometry proportions which can harness energy in very specific ways to facilitate this healing. Each pyramid was constructed and aligned very carefully and precisely, and built by methods that defy logic today. Some of these stones weigh up to 30 tons and were placed 400ft high. RA explains below how the stones were placed, in essence, using thought to communicate with the intelligence of the stone energy. The rock experiences a dimensional shift, which then places it in the new physical location.
"Energy is intelligent. It is hierarchical. Much as your mind/body/spirit complex dwells within an hierarchy of vehicles and retains, therefore, the shell, or shape, or field, and the intelligence of each ascendingly intelligent or balanced body, so does each atom of such a material as rock. When one can speak to that intelligence, the finite energy of the physical, or chemical, rock/body is put into contact with that infinite power which is resident in the more well-tuned bodies, be they human or rock.
With this connection made, a request may be given. The intelligence of infinite rock-ness communicates to its physical vehicle and that splitting and moving which is desired is then carried out through the displacement of the energy field of rock-ness from finity to a dimension which we may conveniently call, simply, infinity.
In this way, that which is required is accomplished due to the cooperation of the infinite understanding of the Creator indwelling in the living rock. This is, of course, the mechanism by which many things are accomplished which are not subject to your present means of physical analysis of action at a distance."

A primary reason RA chose Egypt to relay these teachings was due to the very short life span at the time, with the average Egyptian living until only 30yrs old. Such short lifespans made it very difficult for beings to progress spiritually into higher densities of consciousness because they simply didn't have the time to develop a spiritual compass. This created a perpetual state of reincarnation as beings struggled to learn and evolve within each short lifetime.
With the assistance of the teachings of RA and other channeled energies, this trend reversed. The human lifespan is now trending upward as the Earth begins to experience a more harmonious state, which in turn causes a rise in the Earth's planetary frequency.
The Egyptians, however, experienced confusion in trying to understand RA's communication, which led to RA returning to Earth at a later time to again begin the teachings. These new teachings are known as RA: The Law of One.
Having an understanding of the 7 densities of consciousness forms the framework for RAs teachings and gives us an overview of the evolution of the soul. Each one of the 7 densities corresponds to one of the 7 energy centers within the body, the 7 colors of the rainbow, and the 7 musical notes within an octave.
