My name is Irini and I am co-founder of The Body Healer and best-selling author of The Body Healer Protocol: Heal your Body & Transform your Life with High Vibrational Living. With over 30 years of experience understanding mind/body medicine and the energetics of the human body, I teach how to detoxify at the cellular level to heal from diseased states naturally, and how to elevate into higher states of consciousness.
Since my early teens, I have been immersed in a relentless pursuit for the meaning of life. I soaked up every book I could find on philosophy, metaphysics, mind/body medicine, and the energetics of the human body. I studied many different philosophies, from Buddhist, to Christian, to Judaism, and devoured channeled works ranging from the Seth books, to Law of One, Ramtha, Bashar and many others to explore the nature of reality. In exploring many different spiritual modalities and meditative techniques, I also explored various breathing practices from the simple to the complex, including yogic breathing techniques, somatic breath, and the Wim Hof method.
During meditative states, I began experiencing various sacred geometry symbols including the tetrahedron, star tetrahedron (the Merkaba), glowing and rotating infinity symbols, and complex patterns of light and design. This led me down the path of quantum physics and understanding the interconnected nature of all things through the lens of and fractals of sacred geometry. Exploring these designs during meditation opened me up to experiencing the infinite state of oneness – the quantum field of unlimited potential – the void. The experience of this infinite state formed a key to opening up the mysteries of life that had evaded me.
In 2022 I experienced a profound awakening. Late one evening in the night sky, I very clearly perceived a massive grid of white light. It was a geometric dome of light that filled the entire sky, but of a geometry I had never seen before. Lights would appear at various verticies (intersections) of the grid and travel along the grid lines. Some lights would disappear at a vertice and others would travel along multiple gridlines. Some remained at a vertice for a while, before moving on. Mesmerized, I silently watched this interaction. I realized, with a sudden very knowing, a sudden clarity, that these were ships entering into and leaving this 3rd dimensional space.
One particular light that had remained at a vertice for some time caught my attention. As I focused on it, I felt it suddenly "focus" its attention on my, and the light became far brighter. I saw a grid light up between it and myself - a type of pathway. I froze in shock. I felt the light perceive my fear, and it then turned its attention from me as the grid pathway faded away. I felt it acknowledge my fear and gently withdraw. My life was never the same again. I began a new journey of learning how to communicate with these beings, exploring a new world of extraterrestrial civilizations I previously did not know existed. I now enjoy teaching others to make these connections in my role as a First Contact Specialist.
