RA refers to a being as a mind/body/spirit complex. Whereas we consider ourselves as simply a body, RA sees a much more complex manifestation of energy of the mind, the body, and the spirit as essential components of the whole being. Each is intricately connected to the other in a unity, with the spirit merging back into Oneness once it has completed its evolutionary journey of many incarnations through the 7 densities of consciousness.

All 7 densities require we exist either physically or as a light body. As we move up through the 7 densities (or dimensions, terms RA uses interchangeably), the vibrational frequency of our body raises to becomes less and less physical, and more and more bodies of light. Without having a body, the mind and the spirit could not experience the evolutionary process, therefore we require all three parts - a mind, a body, and a spirit.

RA outlines the evolution of the mind/body/spirit complex from the perspective of the energy centers. The 7 energy centers are what form all components of the mind/body/spirit complex, with each center corresponding to one of the 7 densities of consciousness. They act as instruments through which the being evolves as it increases its vibration through growth.

• • 1st energy center (Root)
  The red ray is the foundational ray for all 7 densities of consciousness. In the 1st density, we begin individualized consciousness. This is where we experience existence as one of the four elements of earth, air, fire, and water.
• • 2nd energy center (Sacral)
  The orange ray is activated by growth and movement of the body which we call awareness. Here, our experiences range from microbial life, plants, trees, insects, and all animal life.
• • 3rd energy center (Solar Plexus)
  The yellow ray is activated through self-awareness. Here, we explore having a physical body with the capacity for self-awareness and intellectual understanding.
• • 4th energy center (Heart)
  The green ray is the first spiritual ray and is activated by universal love. The physical body evolves to becoming both physical and quasi-physical electromagnetic energy.
• • 5th energy center (Throat)
  The blue ray is the wisdom ray activated by self-knowledge and authentic self-expression. Here, the frequency of the body raises to become electromagnetic energy. We can form whatever shape we desire to experience through thought.
• • 6th energy center (3rd Eye)
  The indigo ray is the ray of empowerment, activated by self-acceptance. In this density, we have a greater capacity to experience the many dimensions of existence.
• • 7th energy center (Crown)
  The violet ray is the Gateway to intelligent infinity, the mind/body/spirit becoming a fully crystalized being.

RA states that higher density beings consider the 1st and 7th energy centers the beginning and end, and only consider there to be the 5 energy centers between them (orange to indigo).

Every form of life in time/space has 7 energy centers (chakras). From an atom, to a molecule, to a cell, to an organ, tissue, and entire body structure. Depending on the life form, some of these energy centers will remain dormant as future potential as that life form progresses on its evolutionary path. For example, an insect of 2nd dimensional consciousness would not be able to activate its yellow ray energy center until it progressed to 3rd dimensional consciousness and became self-aware.

The being itself is a manifestation based on the particular density of consciousness it is in. Earth moved from 3rd to 4th density in 2012. Beings currently inhabit the yellow ray of the 3rd energy center (solar plexus), but as the planet now radiates a 4th dimensional frequency, human biology is beginning to evolve its frequency into the green ray frequency (heart energy center) of the 4th dimension. RA states that the average time span of a planet in 4th density is 30 million years. During this time, beings will be a blend of both the yellow and green rays.

For beings currently on Earth, the energy centers above the green ray heart center remain as potential for when the being progresses to higher dimensions and raises its frequency to become non-physical. We do, however, use these higher centers such as the 3rd eye at night when we astral project and dream. Our lower energy centers cannot enter these dimensions as they are too dense. When we dream and astral project, we are experiencing the indigo ray frequency - in essence, we are experiencing what it is like to be a 6th density being. This is the energy state that a 6th density being naturally possesses, with the ability to navigate time and space at the speed of thought.

The first 3 energy centers are considered physical/primal energy centers, while the higher energy centers are considered spiritual in nature. Each energy center must be unlocked and activated in their order for progression to be made. For the majority of beings on Earth, they are at the evolutionary stage where fully activating the green ray energy center means moving from the ego's belief in separation to instead seeing the interconnected nature of Oneness of all beings in pure love and light. Once this recognition and understanding occurs, the being can then progress to unlocking the next energy center.

"This evolution is as we have previously described, the consciousness being first, in first density, without movement, a random thing. We call it a mind/body complex recognizing always that in the simplest iota of this complex exists in its entirety the One Infinite Creator. This mind/body complex then in 2nd density discovering the growth and turning towards the light, thus awakening what you may call the spirit complex, that which intensifies the upward spiraling towards the love and light of the Infinite Creator. The addition of this spirit complex, though apparent rather than real, having existed potentially from the beginning of space/time, perfects itself by graduation into 3rd density. When the mind/body/spirit complex becomes self-aware of the possibility of service-to-self or service-to-other, then the mind/body/spirit complex is activated."
