The physical body is constructed from an energy template that contains a complex energy matrix. This energy matrix is governed by both major and minor power centers located throughout the body. There are 7 major power centers that are located down the central line running from the top of the head to the base of the spine. The 7 major energy centers are also commonly known as chakras. The word chakra is a Sanskrit term which means "wheel" as each chakra looks like a spinning wheel or disc. Each energy center is a sacred geometry pattern containing dense packets of information that not only governs different areas of the body, but manifest as different associations related to how we experience and express ourselves. They correspond directly to the seven energy layers of the body.
Each center is an entire world in and of itself and represents a different state of consciousness. When you place your attention and awareness into a center, you enter a powerful vortex to discover an entire universe represented by that center. You can spend a lifetime meditating on your heart energy center and think you are experiencing its essence and yet only have a peripheral understanding. But by focusing your attention on its central point and going "into" that center to explore its nature, you will then start to gain an experiential understanding which will open you up to the entire world it represents.
From Energy to Form
Below is an overview of the 7 energy centers. Note that even though the energy centers are associated with a specific color, that color does not necessarily correspond to the color of the geometric pattern that creates that energy center.
1st Center - The Root Chakra
Location: Perineum - between genitals and anus
Glands: Sex glands
Geometry: Cube
Layer: Physical body
Color: Red
Association: The foundation. Personal security, stability, and the primal survival instinct. The physicality of self. Connection and grounding to 3rd dimensional space/time.
Essence: I am the primordial energy organizing itself into form. I now know.
2nd Center - Sacral Chakra
Location: Center of the lower belly
Glands: Digestive & pancreatic glands
Geometry: Icosahedron
Layer: Emotional body
Color: Orange
Association: Sense of containment and support. Desire for intimacy and connection. Emotional and sexual expression, passion and pleasure. The ability to connect with and express our emotions and elevate consciousness through human relationships. The addictive nature.
Essence: I desire communion with the divine and embody the alchemical union of male and female.
3rd Center - Solar Plexus
Location: 2-3 inches below the belly button
Glands: Adrenal glands
Geometry: Tetrahedron
Layer: Mental body
Color: Golden yellow
Association: Personal power, self-discipline, confidence, and personal boundaries. The experience of linear time with the concept of past and future.
Essence: I command matter to conform to my intentions. I am the isness of myself, the principal.
4th Center - Heart Chakra
Location: Center of the chest
Location: Thymus gland
Geometry: Star tetrahedron
Layer: Astral body
Color: Emerald green
Association: Love of self and others. Compassion, empathy, and forgiveness. Neutrality, the balance point between the polarity.
Essence: I open to the emotion of the knowingness of who I truly am and allow myself to simply be. I love with unconditional acceptance all that which I am.
5th Center - Throat Chakra
Location: Center of the throat
Glands: Thyroid gland
Geometry: Octahedron
Layer: Template layer
Color: Electromagnetic blue
Association: The breath of life, communication, self-expression and self-reflection. The expression of your truth.
Essence: As I think and speak and intend, so it must manifest.
6th Center - Third Eye
Location: Between the eyes, in the center of the brain
Glands: Pineal and pituitary glands
Geometry: Dodecahedron
Layer: Spiritual/celestial layer
Color: Indigo
Association: Intuition and instant knowing. The opening of extrasensory and hyperdimensional senses. The gateway to different dimensional states of consciousness, knowingness and empirical truth. Unlimited understanding,
Essence: I now remember who I truly am. I am immortal and timeless. I am formless, infinite, open-ended, and always will be.
7th Center - Crown Chakra
Location: Above the top of the head
Geometry: Sphere
Layer: Divine connection layer
Color: Silvery violet
Association: The gateway through which we experience oneness-consciousness. The enlightenment and self-realization that transcends the illusions of 3rd dimensional reality. The transcendence of duality into the experience of undifferentiated oneness.
Essence: I am the mind of God expressing itself through the living organism called man. I reverse my body from density back into light.
