Food has a powerful effect on the body’s ability to both prevent and heal disease. What we put in our mouths is critically important to our overall state of health. From the perspective of high vibrational living, foods that are alive, sun-fed, and minimally interfered with by human processing are in resonance with the natural frequency of the body. Organic fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, herbs, sprouts - these are not just fuel. They’re encoded with light, information, and vibrational keys that awaken the body, cleanse the energy field, and support the crystalline structure of your evolving DNA. A gradual increase in light quotient within the body, supported by living foods, can eventually reduce dependency on dense matter altogether. Plant-based living is, in many ways, a step toward photonic nourishment. Plants act as bio-transmitters. They assist in detoxification, mineralization, and raising the electrical conductivity of the cells. They clear the static so your higher mind can come through more clearly.

Bashar and other interdimensional teachers often speak of listening to your body's frequency. And the frequency of the Earth is changing. As we shift into more photonic energy (think solar flares, gamma waves, crystalline grids), the body’s needs shift too. The physical body is literally being recalibrated to process more subtle energy.
The ketogenic diet, which relies heavily on fats and proteins (mostly from animal sources), has gained a lot of popularity - especially in the realm of metabolic health and fat loss. Why? Because it can be very effective in recalibrating broken insulin signaling, controlling seizures, reducing inflammation, and even shrinking tumors. These are valid physical responses. But here’s the paradox: physical healing does not always equal spiritual evolution.
Ketosis is essentially a survival mechanism, mimicking what the body would do during starvation or scarcity. It’s a brilliant adaptive state, but it is rooted in polarity - the energetic signature of the ketogenic state and what it represents at a fundamental level in terms of survival consciousness. Many who thrive on keto are often coming out of a body overwhelmed by sugar, stress, and toxins. Keto becomes a reset for the nervous system. But it is not a sustainable vibrational practice for everyone, nor is it necessarily supportive of higher sensory activation or subtle body energy flow.
The ketogenic state is the body’s emergency backup system. When you deprive the body of carbohydrates it switches into ketosis, a metabolic state where fat is converted into ketones to be used for energy. This is incredibly efficient and intelligent from a biological standpoint. It kept our ancestors alive during times of famine or scarcity. But the vibration behind ketosis is often connected to the fight-or-flight principle. It says: “We’re in danger. There’s no food. Use the reserves." It’s powerful, yes. It works for fat loss and metabolic reset. But it operates from a root survival mechanism. This can can tether you to the duality of feast or famine. it keeps you playing the polarity game rather than evolving into the unity-based frequency where trust and and energetic nourishment begin to take precedence.
This in no way negates the tools people choose on their path - keto, paleo, raw, carnivore, plant-based, breatharianism - remember - they're ALL just permission slips your higher mind guides you to when you need to experience them.

We now know that different types of food vibrate at their own frequency - some much higher than others. Fresh, ripe fruits and vegetables resonate at a much higher frequency than cooked, processed, and canned foods, which are much lower on the vibrational scale.
What happens when we continually eat large quantities of foods that vibrate at a lower frequency than our bodies? We begin to "entrain" (synchronize) to these lower frequencies, and open the door to diseases that also vibrate at these lower frequencies.
One of the most important (and simplest!) ways we can bring about dramatic health change is though the foods we eat. When we consistently eat a diet of high vibrational foods, we begin to recreate our body a little differently because the "source material" is of a much higher quality. This means that every single cell we create that forms every tissue, organ, and piece of bone becomes recalibrated to a higher frequency. As a result, a level of healing infuses our entire being on both a physical and emotional level.
The vitalizing power of high vibrational foods has stood the test of time. They contain essential nutrients that our bodies need to thrive, and have restored many people from terminal diseases back to a state of radiant health.
Intuitively, your body already knows what foods it needs. There's a continual communication that occurs on a molecular level that guides the body in how to function. The foods we eat have specific physical and energetic properties that communicate with our bodies because of a synergy that exists between us and the natural world.
Over time, we've stopped listening to the signals of our body and have become desensitized to its voice. But once we clear out the junk and return to a healthy diet that sustains us, and once we free ourselves of refined and processed foods filled with chemicals, pesticides, antibiotics, hormones, GMOs, irradiated food, and other unhealthy items, we reset the body's sensitivity. We then naturally begin to crave what we truly need, and the cravings for "real food" will be strong. Once we clean ourselves up and then try to return to our previous unhealthy habits, our bodies will very quickly respond with a thumbs down, giving us unpleasant symptoms to alert us that something is wrong.
Foods absorb and assimilate vital nutrients from the soil they grow in. These nutrients are significantly depleted by soil contaminants such as pesticides and how the food is prepared. This results in a nutritionally dead food. To make the situation worse, refined and synthetic foods contain excitotoxins - ingredients that cause you to become addicted to those foods and crave more of them. Most people are addicted to the toxic standard American diet, and are committing a slow suicide with food.
High vibrational foods are lighter and less dense foods that are high in water content. Foods with the highest vibration measured are the ones exposed to the sun and absorb the most sunlight - they're literally filled with "liquid light."
These high vibrational foods are ripe and organic raw fruits and leafy green vegetables. Not only do they contain the highest concentration of oxygen content and light energy, but these living foods are also naturally hydrating to the body. If you juiced them, most would give you a lot of juice because they contain so much water!

Generally speaking, lower vibrational foods are heavier and more dense, and contain much less water content. When water content is removed from foods that are naturally high in water content, there's a significant measurable drop in their frequency.

Fresh, organic ripe fruit and vegetables that have been juiced contain the highest concentration of nutrients, oxygen, and vibrational energy of any food on the planet. In liquid form, it's like taking a life-giving shot right through the body while requiring very little energy from the body to digest. They intensely nourish every cell and tissue in our bodies like nothing else can and are an absolute must for those suffering from health conditions.
There are two types of low vibrational foods:
1) The type that is compatible with the human energy field and provides us with important nutrients, and 2) The type that isn't compatible, and that damages the human energy field. These are the refined and denatured foods that form the bulk of the industrialized American food chain.
Just because something is more dense and lower vibrational, doesn't mean it's unhealthy for you. It does, however, mean that it vibrates at a slower rate, and if you eat a lot of it in your diet, you will too. If you enjoy these foods, they should form a small quantity of your diet.
When you eat incompatible lower vibrational foods, they cause serious damage and create chaotic patterns of energy within the body. They completely disrupt the body's ability to harmoniously vibrate at high levels. But the following foods are not only incompatible, they slowly but surely destroy the body at a cellular level.

Not only are they devoid of nutrients (or filled with synthetic nutrients), but they shouldn't be classed as food at all. Corn and soy are two of the absolute worst offenders in the processed food world today, nearly all of which is genetically modified. Not only is processed soy "sludge" a main ingredient in hundreds of diet, vegan, and vegetarian foods, but derivatives of both corn and soy are now found in over 95% of processed foods as "hidden" ingredients.
The next time you look at the ingredient list of a packaged food, you'll most likely discover at least one of these items. Nearly all these derivatives are genetically modified:

The ONLY soy that should ever be eaten is soy that hasn't been genetically modified in the form of fresh, organic soybeans (edamame), or unpasteurized soy sauce (Nama Shoyu).

Gluten has become a serious problem for thousands of people, and this number is rising steadily. The ancient grains of our ancestors have now been genetically modified, hybridized, soaked with highly toxic pesticides, and then heavily refined before they come anywhere near our plate. It's not that gluten itself is the culprit, it's what the agricultural industry had done to the gluten that has created the epidemic. It's also why, unless the grains are 1) organic, 2) non-GMO, and 3) sprouted, they should never be put in our mouths.
Grains and legumes are unique in that they contain both starches and proteins, which make them a more difficult food to digest. Sometimes they simply don't agree with our bodies, and sometimes it's because of what has been done to them.
For these reasons, I always recommend my clients eliminate ALL grains and legumes completely for 1 full month (except non-glutinous grains such as quinoa, amaranth, and buckwheat ) and reintroduce them while paying close attention to any reaction the body experiences. About 30% of my clients are surprised to discover an unwanted reaction from their body when at least one food type is reintroduced after being eliminated (usually in the form of bloating or abdominal discomfort, or acne). Common culprits are grains and pasteurized dairy. If your body gives you a thumbs down, then you know it's in your best interest to walk away from them.
If your goal is to raise your body's vibrational frequency, eat grains and legumes in very small quantities or not at all. They're considered a "heavier" food and limiting them in your diet is in your best interest.
