High Vibrational Foods

Food has a powerful effect on the body’s ability to both prevent and heal disease. What we put in our mouths is critically important to our overall state of health. One of the biggest threats to human health is the manipulation of our food chain with contaminated food. On any given day, the ingredients in the average American meal will contain an assortment of:

Foods that contain:
  • Heavy metals
  • Hormones, antibiotics & steroids
  • Trans fats
  • Food dyes
  • Artificial colors & flavors
  • Artificial sweeteners
  • Synthetic vitamins
  • Synthetically created foods
  • Excitotoxins (addictive ingredients)
and foods that are prepared by:
  • Highly processing & refining it
  • Pasteurizing it
  • Microwaving it
  • Irradiating it
  • Genetically modifying it
  • Canning it
  • Spraying it with pesticides
  • Using artificial preservatives
  • Cooking it at high temperatures

...and a whole host of other unmentionables. Our bodies are not designed for this onslaught, and as time goes by we overwhelm it while at the same time deprive it of critical nutritional needs. Degenerative diseases are “naturally” par for the course.

Food & Energy

High vibrational salad with edible flowersWe now know that different types of food vibrate at their own frequency - some much higher than others. Fresh, ripe fruits and vegetables resonate at a much higher frequency than cooked, processed, and canned foods, which are much lower on the vibrational scale.

What happens when we continually eat large quantities of foods that vibrate at a lower frequency than our bodies? We begin to "entrain" (synchronize) to these lower frequencies, and open the door to diseases that also vibrate at these lower frequencies.

One of the most important (and simplest!) ways we can bring about dramatic health change is though the foods we eat. When we consistently eat a diet of high vibrational foods, we begin to recreate our body a little differently because the "source material" is of a much higher quality. This means that every single cell we create that forms every tissue, organ, and piece of bone becomes recalibrated to a higher frequency. As a result, a level of healing infuses our entire being on both a physical and emotional level.

The vitalizing power of high vibrational foods has stood the test of time. They contain essential nutrients that our bodies need to thrive, and have restored many people from terminal diseases back to a state of radiant health.

Intuitive Eating

Intuitively, your body already knows what foods it needs. There's a continual communication that occurs on a molecular level that guides the body in how to function. The foods we eat have specific physical and energetic properties that communicate with our bodies because of a synergy that exists between us and the natural world.

Over time, we've stopped listening to the signals of our body and have become desensitized to its voice. But once we clear out the junk and return to a healthy diet that sustains us, and once we free ourselves of refined and processed foods filled with chemicals, pesticides, antibiotics, hormones, GMOs, irradiated food, and other unhealthy items, we reset the body's sensitivity. We then naturally begin to crave what we truly need, and the cravings for "real food" will be strong. Once we clean ourselves up and then try to return to our previous unhealthy habits, our bodies will very quickly respond with a thumbs down, giving us unpleasant symptoms to alert us that something is wrong.

What Are Vibrational Foods?

Foods absorb and assimilate vital nutrients from the soil they grow in. These nutrients are significantly depleted by soil contaminants such as pesticides and how the food is prepared. This results in a nutritionally dead food. To make the situation worse, refined and synthetic foods contain excitotoxins - ingredients that cause you to become addicted to those foods and crave more of them. Most people are addicted to the toxic standard American diet, and are committing a slow suicide with food.

High vibrational foods are lighter and less dense foods that are high in water content. Foods with the highest vibration measured are the ones exposed to the sun and absorb the most sunlight - they're literally filled with "liquid light."

These high vibrational foods are ripe and organic raw fruits and leafy green vegetables. Not only do they contain the highest concentration of oxygen content and light energy, but these living foods are also naturally hydrating to the body. If you juiced them, most would give you a lot of juice because they contain so much water!

Veggie saxophoneFoods that are high vibrational in nature include the following:

  • Sunlight (a critical nourishing food for the body)
  • Fresh, clean water (free from industrial contaminants)
  • Ripe and raw organic fruits
  • Ripe and raw organic vegetables
  • Sea vegetables
  • Raw sweeteners (raw honey, fresh stevia leaf, fresh raw sugar cane juice)
  • Sprouts (sunflower, alfalfa, clover, mung beans, cress, broccoli)
  • Lightly cooked vegetables
  • Freeze-dried and dehydrated (dried) fruits and vegetables

Generally speaking, lower vibrational foods are heavier and more dense, and contain much less water content. When water content is removed from foods that are naturally high in water content, there's a significant measurable drop in their frequency.

Liquid Light

Liquid LightFresh, organic ripe fruit and vegetables that have been juiced contain the highest concentration of nutrients, oxygen, and vibrational energy of any food on the planet. In liquid form, it's like taking a life-giving shot right through the body while requiring very little energy from the body to digest. They intensely nourish every cell and tissue in our bodies like nothing else can and are an absolute must for those suffering from health conditions.

Your Goal
The majority of your diet - over 75%
Fruits & Vegetables
high water content / lighter / easy to digest

The minority of your diet - under 25%
Legumes, Grains, Nuts, Seeds, & Animal Products
low water content / denser / more difficult to digest
(with a small quantity of high-quality fat foods)
What Are Low Vibrational Foods

There are two types of low vibrational foods:

1) The type that is compatible with the human energy field and provides us with important nutrients, and 2) The type that isn't compatible, and that damages the human energy field. These are the refined and denatured foods that form the bulk of the industrialized American food chain.

Just because something is more dense and lower vibrational, doesn't mean it's unhealthy for you. It does, however, mean that it vibrates at a slower rate, and if you eat a lot of it in your diet, you will too. If you enjoy these foods, they should form a small quantity of your diet.

Let's take a look at the different types of low vibrational foods and make sure we permanently etch them in our memory:
Compatible Low Vibrational Foods
Healthy lower-vibrational foods
Incompatible Low Vibrational Foods
Unhealthy lower-vibrational foods
Organic root vegetables, light-med cooked or raw (e.g. beets, potatoes, turnips, parsnips).
Heavily processed, over-cooked, or genetically modified root vegetables.
Organic high fat fruits and vegetables (e.g. olives, avocados, coconuts, plantains).
Processed or refined high-fat fruits & vegetables; refined coconut products.
Organic raw nuts or seeds, soaked before eaten to increase their digestibility; raw nut butters (e.g. peanut, almond).
Roasted nuts or seeds, or any nut or seed that isn't labeled as raw; processed nut butters.
Chocolate high in cacao (70% or more) with no unnatural ingredients, such as Righteously Raw or Go Raw).
Processed chocolate products (which usually contain artificial chemicals and/or pasteurized dairy).
Organic unpasteurized (raw) or fermented dairy products (cheese, milk, butter, yogurt, infant formula). Raw cheese is now available in every major supermarket chain in the dairy natural food section. Some stores carry an extensive selection of specialty raw cheese varieties.
Pasteurized dairy products (cheese, milk, butter, yogurt, infant formula) which are highly denatured and mucous-producing as the natural enzymes that help the body digest the dairy protein has been destroyed during the pasteurization process.
Wild-caught fish; organic pasture-raised grass-fed meats that are raised on their natural diet.
Factory-farmed meat or fish, that are fed an unnatural diet of genetically modified corn or soy.
Organic sprouted or fermented seed,  grains and legumes. Eat in small quantities. See below regarding gluten.
Flour, cooked non-sprouted grains, heavily processed grains.
Unrefined (cold-pressed or expeller-pressed) organic nut and fruit oils. Examples include avocado, walnut, olive, coconut, palm, flax seed, macadamia, and pecan.
Refined oils, genetically modified seed oils, hydrogenated oils (vegetable oil, soybean, canola, corn, sunflower, safflower, cottonseed, grape seed oil...). Most commercial oils are GMOs.
Organic wine.
Non organic wine; hard liquor
Eggs from pasture-raised or grass-fed organic chickens that are not raised in confinement.
Eggs from factory-farmed chickens, fed an unnatural genetically modified corn or soy-based diet.
Seriously Damaging Low Vibrational Foods

When you eat incompatible lower vibrational foods, they cause serious damage and create chaotic patterns of energy within the body. They completely disrupt the body's ability to harmoniously vibrate at high levels. But the following foods are not only incompatible, they slowly but surely destroy the body at a cellular level.

Seriously damaging low-vibrational foodsIf you look carefully at the list and think about the products on the shelves of the average grocery store, you'll realize that these foods form the bulk of what fills the aisles. Not only are they devoid of nutrients (or filled with synthetic nutrients), but they shouldn't be classed as food at all. Not only are they devoid of nutrients (or filled with synthetic nutrients), but they shouldn't be classed as food at all.

  • Refined foods (including refined grains and sugar). These include most breads, pastas, cookies, pastries, potato chips, candy, and many frozen and canned foods.
  • Deep or heavily fried foods; foods that have been cooked at high temperatures, blackened, or charred.
  • Standard canned & bottled drinks (sodas, fruit drinks, pasteurized or irradiated drinks).
  • Any food that has been sprayed with pesticides.
  • Artificial/synthetic ingredients (chemicals, colors, preservatives, flavors, any ingredient on the list that isn't a natural food).
  • Artificial stimulants (e.g. taurine or caffeine found in energy drinks, energy bars, and energy supplements).
  • Nicotine and drugs (pharmaceutical, over-the-counter, and recreational).
  • Artificial supplements (whole food-based only - most sold in stores are artificial, lab-made supplements).
  • Diet foods (including diet bars, diet drinks, and diet supplements, and protein powders).
A Word About Corn & Soy

Corn and soy are two of the absolute worst offenders in the processed food world today, nearly all of which is genetically modified. Not only is processed soy "sludge" a main ingredient in hundreds of diet, vegan, and vegetarian foods, but derivatives of both corn and soy are now found in over 95% of processed foods as "hidden" ingredients.

The next time you look at the ingredient list of a packaged food, you'll most likely discover at least one of these items. Nearly all these derivatives are genetically modified:

Processed Soy Derivatives

Any ingredient with the word "soy"

  • soy flour
  • lecithin
  • hydrolyzed vegetable protein
  • soy protein isolate
  • protein concentrate
  • textured vegetable protein (TVP)
  • soybean oil
  • plant sterols
  • soy sauce
  • soybean oil
  • guar gum

The ONLY soy that should ever be eaten is soy that hasn't been genetically modified in the form of fresh, organic soybeans (edamame), or unpasteurized soy sauce (Nama Shoyu).

Processed Corn Derivatives

Any ingredient with the word "corn"

  • ferrous gluconate
  • cellulose
  • corn starch or corn meal
  • corn flour
  • corn syrup, high-fructose corn syrup
  • corn oil
  • monosodium glutamate (MSG)
  • dextrin, maltodextrin, dextrose, polydextrose, glucose, maltitol, maltose, mannitol, ethanol
  • saccharin
  • hydrolyzed vegetable protein

The ONLY corn ingredient that should ever be eaten is fresh, organic sweet corn that hasn't been genetically modified.

What About Gluten?

Gluten has become a serious problem for thousands of people, and this number is rising steadily. The ancient grains of our ancestors have now been genetically modified, hybridized, soaked with highly toxic pesticides, and then heavily refined before they come anywhere near our plate. It's not that gluten itself is the culprit, it's what the agricultural industry had done to the gluten that has created the epidemic. It's also why, unless the grains are 1) organic, 2) non-GMO, and 3) sprouted, they should never be put in our mouths.

Grains and legumes are unique in that they contain both starches and proteins, which make them a more difficult food to digest. Sometimes they simply don't agree with our bodies, and sometimes it's because of what has been done to them.

For these reasons, I always recommend my clients eliminate ALL grains and legumes completely for 1 full month (except non-glutinous grains such as quinoa, amaranth, and buckwheat ) and reintroduce them while paying close attention to any reaction the body experiences. About 30% of my clients are surprised to discover an unwanted reaction from their body when at least one food type is reintroduced after being eliminated (usually in the form of bloating or abdominal discomfort, or acne).  Common culprits are grains and pasteurized dairy.  If your body gives you a thumbs down, then you know it's in your best interest to walk away from them.

If your goal is to raise your body's vibrational frequency, eat grains and legumes in very small quantities or not at all. They're considered a "heavier" food and limiting them in your diet is in your best interest.
