Ramtha - The White Book
~ Is-ness & the Eternal Now ~

Is-ness is foundational in Ramtha's work. Is-ness is the state of being. It is the essence of existence, untouched by judgment, expectation, or limitation. It is the foundation upon which all creation stands, for in the vastness of life, there is no plan, no grand scheme—only the simple yet profound truth that all things are because they are.

Is-ness is the Father’s love, an allowance for all expressions of life to unfold as they will, unrestricted and unmeasured. There is no divine decree that binds creation to a predetermined path, no order set in place that dictates how existence must proceed. The only plan the Father has is to be, so that all life may express itself through that beingness.

To grasp is-ness is to understand that there is no obligation placed upon you, no mission to fulfill, no burden to bear. There is only you, living now, creating moment by moment, without restriction, without requirement, simply because you are.

To embrace this understanding is to set yourself free.

The Power of Being

The mind, conditioned by limitation, seeks reasons and explanations, attempting to impose a structure upon existence where there is none. The need for a plan, a divine purpose, stems from the uncertainty of those who have forgotten their power to create. Yet, creation itself does not ask why—it simply unfolds.

The trees sway not because they were commanded to do so, but because it is their nature. The river flows not because of a law, but because it moves. The sun rises not to fulfill a duty, but because it is. And you, Master, are here for no reason other than the desire to be.

You are the creator of your life, the architect of your experiences. Whatever you choose, whatever you feel, whatever you desire—so shall it be. There is no expectation of how you should live, for in the Father's love, all things are allowed.

Thus, the only question that remains is: How do you wish to experience this moment?

"When you understand that life simply is, that allows you the freedom and the power to create your life to the greatest of your ability. There is not a plan for life, master. There is only is-ness. To be in a state of is-ness is the grandest expression there is. Is-ness."

~ Ramtha ~
The Eternal Now

In the understanding of is-ness, time dissolves, for all of life is happening now. There is no past, for the past was only ever a now moment that has come and gone. There is no future, for the future is only the potential of what now will become. What exists, what has ever existed, and what will ever exist—all of it resides within the now.

To live as an is-ness, one must release attachment to what was and cease to worry about what will be. The mind that dwells on the past imprisons itself in memories that no longer exist. The mind that obsesses over the future binds itself to an illusion not yet made manifest. But the mind that is present is free.

Now is where you are. Now is where creation happens. Now is where God lives.

Living in the Now

To truly live in the now is to abandon fear, regret, and control. It is to trust in the unfolding of life, knowing that each moment holds all possibilities, and within it, you are free to choose any experience you desire.

The soul does not carry obligations—it carries curiosity. If you feel a pull toward something, follow it. If you feel drawn to a new adventure, pursue it. If you have outgrown a situation, release it. The only voice you must ever listen to is the whisper of your own soul, which will always guide you to the next experience meant for your fulfillment.

And when an experience no longer holds your interest, move on. Boredom is the soul’s way of telling you that you have learned all you needed from an experience and that it is time for something new. This life is not about fixing what was. It is about creating what is.

So be it.
