In the structure of existence, everything is a reflection of the One. That means you are a reflection of everything—and so is everyone else. Within every individual exists the seed of all. As Bashar often says, “I am you from a different point of view.”
The only way you can experience anyone is by generating your version of them within your own reality. You’re not experiencing “them” as they truly are - you are experiencing the version of them that you have created, based on your vibrational state and beliefs. That version is part of your physical reality construct and represents the reflection you need to see in order to learn, evolve, and become more of your true self.
But this doesn’t negate their autonomy. They are real, sovereign beings - but you still construct your experience of them. And they do the same with you. It’s a co-creation of mirrored reflections within shared agreements.
"I am you from a different point of you."
~ Bashar ~
What happens when someone in your life seems to “change”? When someone suddenly becomes more aligned, or even more distant?
What you’re actually experiencing is a shift in your own frequency, which puts you into alignment with a parallel version of that person - one who reflects the vibrational resonance you are now embodying. The person hasn’t “changed” per se - you’ve changed timelines. You are no longer interacting with the same version of them, but a different version that now matches your new vibrational state.
This is why Bashar emphasizes that it’s not “this OR that.” It’s this AND that. You are creating your experience of others, and they are real in and of themselves. This is a paradox, but not a contradiction. It’s just a higher-order truth.
Imagine you're in a clear, rubber sphere - your personal version of reality. Outside the sphere stands another person. When they press their hand against the rubber, you see a handprint bulge through. The imprint you see isn’t literally their hand - it's the representation of them as it manifests through your reality.
You are creating the imprint from your side. But the pressure is real. It’s both them and you - simultaneously. A co-creation of vibration and reflection.
This is how physical reality functions: you are not seeing the world as it is, you’re seeing your version of it, based on what your frequency gives you the ability to perceive. That includes people.
You can even go deeper - you can experience reality from another person’s perspective. This can happen in dreams, meditative states, or heightened consciousness. You can feel as if you are living their life, sensing their emotions, even understanding their lessons.
But you never fully “become” them. You remain yourself - experiencing the other person from your own point of view, often at the level of the Oversoul. You’re peering through their eyes, yes - but with your own essence.
This experience shows you the interconnectedness of consciousness. At higher levels, your soul is aware of many lives, many paths, and many expressions. You’re tapping into the holographic matrix, where all is one, and yet every thread remains distinct.
