~ Parallel Realities ~

According to Bashar, all possible configurations of all possible realities already exist in a timeless, static form. What we experience as "change" or "motion" is our consciousness shifting from one parallel reality to another, billions of times per second. Each of these static realities is like a still frame on a film strip, and we are constantly flickering from one frame to another so quickly that it creates the illusion of continuity and motion.

Every microscopic movement—even something as subtle as moving your finger—represents a shift through countless parallel universes. What you call your current reality is simply the frequency you are currently tuned to. You do not change the world you are on; you shift to another version of Earth that matches the frequency of your change. You change yourself, and in doing so, you experience a reality reflection that mirrors that change.

This principle is foundational. It is the mechanism that explains why, when you raise your vibration, everything around you seems to change. But nothing "out there" has changed—you have simply aligned with a parallel reality version of Earth where your new frequency already exists.

"We never change the world we're on. We change ourselves, and we actually shift to another version of Earth that already exists, that is more reflective of the change we made in us."

~ Bashar ~
Every Change Is a Total Change

Any change you make within yourself—no matter how small it seems—results in a total change of your reality. Since physical reality is a projection of consciousness, and everything is ultimately made of the same "one particle," even the tiniest shift in thought changes the entire matrix. You are not moving the same you forward into a changed environment—you are becoming a new version of yourself in a new version of a world that reflects your shift.

What defines the rate of change is your belief about how fast and how dramatically change can occur:

  • If you believe change must be slow and incremental, you'll shift into realities that reflect slow and incremental change.
  • If you believe you can change completely and instantly, then you can experience a reality where that is so.

You shift into a new world that contains new definitions of you, and therefore reflects back a new experience. This is how instantaneous transformation is possible. This is how miracles happen.

The Perception of Time: The Finite Within Infinity

Time is a side effect of shifting. Your experience of continuity—the flow of time—is created by experiencing still frames in a linear sequence. Without this illusion, there would be no story, no experience of change, no discovery, and no growth. Being in a physical body allows you to explore the finite. The five senses are perfectly designed to create the experience of separation, of movement through time, and of presence in space.

This illusion of time allows you to enjoy phenomena such as a sunset, which in a timeless state would simply exist as a still image among infinite others. By slowing down to a human pace, you gain the gift of linear discovery, of savoring moments one at a time.

"Time and space are illusions. Everything exists at the same time. We only see what we are tuned to the vibration of to see."

Time Travel: A Different You

Time travel as humans understand it is often misunderstood. If you were to "go back in time," you would not be entering your own past, but the past of a parallel reality version of Earth. Why? Because in your own memory, when you were in that past moment, you did not encounter a second version of yourself.

Therefore, if you travel back and enter that moment, it means you are now part of the history of a different version of that moment. The "you" who resides in that past will experience the meeting as part of her timeline, not yours. And if you identify strongly with her, you will experience her perspective as if it were your own. In truth, it is.

Bashar compares this to imagining a twin meeting a third sibling you don’t know about. By listening to the story so vividly, you come to fully experience what it felt like to be there. Your identification becomes so strong that it generates a legitimate experiential reality. In this way, you can time travel by aligning with the consciousness of another version of yourself in a different timeline.

Understanding this removes the paradox from time travel. You're not changing your own past—you are exploring a different version of it. Every experience you identify with becomes your own because your consciousness contains the ability to access all versions of itself.

All Possibilities Exist

The universe is not made of separate realities. It is made of reflections. All possibilities already exist, and what you call "reality" is simply your current point of view. You are the projector, not the screen. Change your vibration, change your point of view, and a new world will appear—because it already exists.

Your beliefs determine the rate and magnitude of the shifts you experience. Embrace the idea that you are always moving through infinite parallel realities, and you will become more deliberate in choosing the ones that serve your highest joy. You are not stuck. You are not limited. You are not bound by your past. You are a multidimensional being of light, dancing through the infinite reflections of your own radiant consciousness.

Everything is happening in the present moment. Everything can be accessed from the pressent moment.

This takes us to another of Bashar's foundational teachings: Parallel realities.
