~ Animals & Nature ~

The physical world is not separate from spirit, but an extension of it. Everything in the natural world is consciousness expressing itself. You are not simply in nature; you are nature. The more you embrace this truth, the more open and fluid your communication becomes with the myriad forms of life around you. Animals, trees, plants, elementals - all of these are intelligent expressions of spirit, reflecting back to you the energies and lessons that you need to experience. When you approach them with reverence, awareness, and open-hearted curiosity, they reveal wisdom that transcends language.

Animals

Animals are deeply connected to the angelic realm and often function as bridges between dimensions, particularly from the third to the fourth. They carry a high degree of spiritual intelligence and are here not only to offer unconditional love but also to reflect back to us what we need to learn to heal and evolve. Each animal has a unique frequency and function, and their presence in our lives is no accident.

They mirror the energies we carry, and often the emotional and energetic states we are suppressing. Their behavior can reveal much about our own inner world. For example, when an animal acts out, it may be processing energy we refuse to face within ourselves. Once we take responsibility for those inner states and begin healing them, the animal often shifts its behavior accordingly.

"We don't mean this derogatorily. Animals are smarter than you. Animals function as reflections to you of different parts within your generalized consciousness."

~ Bashar ~

Dogs symbolize service. Issues like biting may point to unresolved issues around self-love and how we perceive service to others. Cats, on the other hand, represent the perception of higher frequency domains, beings, and doorways into multi-dimensional consciousness. Their role is not to serve but to observe and remind us of our connection to unseen realms.

Animals choose to be with us. If a companion animal enters your life, it understands the vibrational work you're here to do and willingly participates as a guide, teacher, and mirror.

Elementals

Elementals are nature spirits connected to the elements of Earth. They are consciousness forms capable of taking on a wide variety of physical or semi-physical expressions. These spirits crystallize electromagnotheric energy to make themselves visible, often appearing briefly or partially in our dimension. They do this by utilizing the electromagnetic field of Earth to communicate, similar to how a hand pressed into silicone creates an outline for someone on the other side to see. We don’t perceive the actual form, but rather the impression it makes in our reality. Fairies, sprites, and other such beings are among these forms.

Mushrooms act as intermediaries and interpreters between humans and the elemental realms. Engaging with these beings requires entering a vibrational match with them, opening up communication through resonance.

Trees

Trees are sophisticated living beings that perceive reality through a vast neurological and energetic network similar to our nervous system. They sense us through our electromagnetic field, body water composition, and the informational structure encoded within our molecular makeup.

Trees function as light antennas and conductors, downloading etheric energy and transmitting it into Earth. They hold an ancient wisdom and a deep connection to both time and timelessness. Pine trees and redwoods, in particular, act as ambassadors of the tree kingdom, anchoring energies into the planet and offering powerful gateways for communion.

Conversations with trees can offer deep insights and altered states of perception. Hugging or breathing in resonance with a tree’s oxygen exchange can shift your frequency. The energetic communion is mutual: they benefit from your CO2, and you receive oxygen encoded with the frequency of the tree.

  • Bashar's Exercise: Communion with the Trees

Sit among the trees and breathe deeply and consciously. Recognize that as you exhale CO2, the trees inhale it. As they exhale oxygen, you inhale it. This is not merely biological but energetic. Information is exchanged in each molecule. Breathe in appreciation, breathe out gratitude. As you do this, you begin to synchronize with the resonance of the tree.

The trees will begin to "speak" to you in your mind in your own language, but only after you have learned to first speak theirs - through the silent language of frequency, breath, and appreciation.

Plant Teachers

Plant teachers such as ayahuasca and psilocybin are guides. They help human consciousness bridge into expanded states, awaken genetic markers, and reconnect with the surrounding living network of consciousness on Earth.

These plants are not meant to become a dependency. Their role is to show you that you can achieve such states of consciousness on your own. Once you've experienced their vibrational frequency, you can access it again through memory and resonance. Continued use without integration turns the teacher into a crutch. True mastery is remembering the feeling, the vibration, and learning to recreate that state without the plant.

"Plant teachers can be used for the purpose of training you to get into different states of consciousness. But once you learn to get into those states yourself, the point is to remember what it felt like to get into that state so that you can get into that state again without needing the teacher. Beyond a certain point, the teacher becomes a crutch. And remember: you're just using the teacher as a permission slip to circumvent your belief system that you can't do it on your own. "

The psychoactive ingredient DMT (also naturally produced by the pineal gland) is a doorway to multiple dimensions depending on dosage. When taken from externally, each level of dosage connects you with different vibratory realms. However, Bashar strongly advises against using DMT from the Colorado River Toad, encouraging instead the respectful use of plant-based sources.

Communicating with Animals, Plants, and Minerals

To communicate with the consciousness of nature, you must tune your frequency to theirs. All things—animals, trees, plants, even rocks and minerals - contain unique frequency signatures. You possess all of these within your being, which allows you to reflect, receive, and resonate with them.

Begin by attuning yourself to the energy of the being you wish to communicate with. Create a shared beat, a frequency rhythm between your energies. As this becomes stronger, communication will occur in the modality natural to that being. Telempathy is the blending of telepathy and empathy. It involves sending visual images, emotional resonance, and love. Animals especially respond to this type of communication.

  • Bashar's Exercise: Nature Communication

To communicate with nature, we must become a fine-tuned antenna. Practice being both a receiver and a transmitter. Lock into the subtle vibrational signature of the being you are communing with. Send images, feelings, and frequencies rather than words. Visualize what you are asking of them. For example, when commuicating a behavior to a pet, see them doing it. Feel the love bond. In this space of resonance, communication will unfold naturally.

Nature is alive with intelligence. The more you listen, the more it will speak. The more you love, the more it will reflect your wholeness back to you. In communion with nature, you return to your essence - and in that essence, you remember that you are never alone. You are always supported, always surrounded, always guided.
