Tomatoes, chopped
Cilantro, chopped
Olives, sliced
Sweet corn
Bell peppers, chopped (yellow, red, & green)
Sea salt & ground pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
 
Mix ingredients together and serve on halved avocados.
